HEAT4ASD – Heart rate monitors and Equine Assisted Therapy for Autistic spectrum disorder
By creating a comprehensive program of equine assisted therapy with body measurements and research, as well as educations of professional staff and families and friends, we will contribute to the realization of the first Erasmus+ priority for sport- Encouraging healthy lifestyle for all, covering the HealthyLifestyle4All initiative and its first two pillars (Increased awareness of a healthy lifestyle across all generations, Easier access to sport, physical activity and healthy diets, with special focus on inclusion and non-discrimination to reach disadvantaged groups)
The project with its main activities will contribute to the achievement of key topics under all priority areas, mostly to: Safe Environment in Sport, Sport and Education, Strengthening the recovery and the crisis resilience of the sport sector during and in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, Creation of adequate opportunities for sport and physical activity for all generations, and Promoting Physical activity. The project will provide safe environment for the target group, giving them an opportunity to enhance in physical activity, and create educations for professional capacities and families and friends of the target group.
